Privacy Policy
Effective 28 July 2026
This policy explains how Ordace ("we", "us") handles information when you use Ordace at ordace.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run the site.
Information we collect
- Intake form. When you submit the "Get Started" form we collect your name, work email, optional current website URL, selected tier, and primary objective.
- Audit tool. When you run the free audit we receive the URL you enter and fetch that publicly available page to analyse it. We do not store audit results; each audit is processed in the moment and discarded.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To run the audit you requested.
- To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, and bot protection (Turnstile on the audit page).
- Resend to deliver your intake form submission to us by email.
- Google Workspace for the inbox that receives our email.
Data retention
Intake enquiries stay in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to deliver a project. We keep no separate customer database and store no audit data.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a functional token on the audit page to confirm you are a real visitor.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as POPIA, the GDPR, or the CCPA. To make a request, email hello@ordace.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
